Tanzanian bongo star and entrepreneur Diamond Platnumz has interestingly enough released the video of his latest song dubbed 'Mapozi' featuring Jay Melody and Mr. Blue.
Yesterday evening, Diamiond had announced that he would no longer be releasing his music video as announced following an unexpected guest that left him fazed.
Sharing on his Instagram page, the father of 4 shared a video of a bat hanging on his entrance door.
Diamond noted that the flying mammals was a bad omen which meant he could not go on with his activities as scheduled.
Expressing his disappointment and shock Diamond, in the company of a few of his friends revealed he could not even enter his mansion with the bat hanging on the doorway.
"I found a bat on my front door. That means that I will postpone the release of my music video scheduled for tomorrow," the 'Yatapita' crooner said.
Diamond could be heard summoning his help to come and deal with the flying mammal as he could not access his house with the bat hanging there.
"Unaipiga? Usiipige utaikera jameni... (Are you hitting it? No, don't hit it you will anger it,)" one of Diamond's friends could be heard telling the security guard who had come over armed with a long stick to wade off the bat.
Seconds later everyone started scrambling around trying to run away after the security guard whom Diamond referred to as Ivan was successfully able to remove the bat perched on the front door gypsum.
The clip shared on Diamond's radio stations official Instagram elicited mixd reactions from netizens with some pointing out the video might have just been a marketing strategy for his new music video.
While others mused over the artists belief in witchcraft wondering if he had no religious beliefs even though he stays talking about God and has confirmed that he is a Muslim.
Captioning the video, the team at Wasafi FM wrote, "Diamond ametumiwa popo na wapinzani wake?"
