The Nigerian Film Industry ‘Nollywood” is mourning again following the sudden demise of actor Pope Obumneme Odonwodo aka Junior Pope.
The actor passed away after a boat accident on April 10thm 2024. Several celebrities and movie lovers have mourned the actor.
He and 3 others died after drowning in a boat accident. The tragedy occurred at Anam River while they were returning from a film shoot.
Hours before, he had shared a video asking the boat captain to slow down as had kids who depended on him.
He is survived by his wife Jeniffer Awele and 3 sons.
